Remember to hydrate all weekend and to stretch. I would do a few push-ups and sit-ups just so you don't feel sluggish on Monday. Also if you are feeling sore for some reason on Monday morning I would highly recommend putting Tiger Balm on the sore area. It will help a ton.

And also during the runs a big thing is controlling your breathing. You will feel more exhausted if you are breathing hard but if you keep calm and control it you'll get more air to your lungs
